 Promotion Overview: Fishisfast is pleased to offer a special promotion to refund US domestic shipping fees up to $10 for eligible customers. This promotion is valid for one order per customer until the first day of Eid Al Adha, which is June 16, 2024.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all Fishisfast customers with an active account. Each customer is eligible for a refund on one order only during the promotion period. The promotion applies only to US domestic shipping fees incurred to ship items to the Fishisfast warehouse. The maximum refund amount is $10 per eligible order.

Promotion Period: The promotion starts on June 1st and ends on the first day of Eid Al Adha, June 16, 2024. The last date to claim the shipping fee refund is June 16, 2024.

How to Claim the Refund: The customer must receive their order in their Fishisfast locker during the promotion period. The customer must send a copy of the order receipt showing the shipping fees to Fishisfast support at [email protected]. Fishisfast representatives will verify the shipping cost by visiting the retailer's website and checking the delivery costs page. The receipt must match the website's listed shipping fees and comply with any conditions for free shipping qualification. If the shipping fee on the receipt is verified and qualifies under the promotion terms, Fishisfast will add a credit up to $10 to the customer's account.

Conditions:

- Only one refund claim per customer is allowed.
- The order receipt must be clear and legible, showing the shipping fee separately.
- The receipt must be from a legitimate retailer's website and not from third-party sellers or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace, etc.).
- The claimed shipping fee must match the retailer's listed shipping costs for the selected delivery method.
- Fishisfast reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the verification criteria or appear fraudulent.
-  The refund credit will be applied to the customer's Fishisfast account and can be used for future services or shipments.

Exclusions:

- Shipping fees exceeding $10 will only be refunded up to the $10 maximum limit.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping according to the retailer's policy will not be eligible for this promotion.
- Claims made after June 16, 2024, will not be accepted.
