Fast delivery

I located in Australia and it was my first time using FishisFast, their postal forwarding service is excellent. I would use them again for any US based products that can't send to me.

Had Problems With FedEx

Received Message on whats app that my parcel would be delivered on 3-2-2026 didn't turn up entered the tracking code over the next few days got invalid tracking numbers Friday came same results Phoned FedEx No Parcel Under My Name Or Tracking Number

No one set

The package was supposed to contain several embroidery kits, but one of them, the one with a star-shaped Santa Claus, is missing from the box. Either the person I bought it from didn't send it, or it was lost when they were packing it up.

First time was a charm

I had some confusions with the website UX when the time came for my first package processing, but after some experiments it started to make sense. I properly received my package in the same state as it was in photo. I'll be glad to continue using this service when the time comes again.

What happened to you guys

Always packaging comes with your items nicely packed and out of its shoebox, i have used the service many times and always been the case. Just recently my parcels been inside with shoebox which is strange , had to open them one by one.

Received fine but

I got package fine but most of my items were randomly loitered in the box, maybe due to not choosing bubble wrap. 1$ bubble wrap is a must.

Fast and efficient but...

Shipping is fast and efficient. Activating payment method was very clumsy and took several days, but I assume that once activated it will be smooth sailing.

Everything was fine, but the only thing I didn't like was their complicated return process. I did what was required, but unfortunately, they told me I hadn't put the return sticker in the required field and that it should be in PDF format. This made me pay $18

Went perfect but one draw back

Everything is perfect but the shipping price was way to much had to pay something even when the parcel arrived. In total the shipping was more than the item itself. I know its not fish is fasts fault but you guys asked for a honest review

Great service! But the shipping options were limited. UPS wasn't available even though it's available in Kuwait. Fishisfast could utilize more couiers such as Elite, OCR and others. It would be great to see more options for shipping companies so we can save more on costs. Thank you very much!

Frustrating Shipping Experience

This was a very frustrating experience. They removed the oil from my items without informing me, then returned the package and removed it again because Aramex doesn’t ship liquids. Even after that, Aramex still rejected the shipment. I spent a full week dealing with this back-and-forth.

Shipping cost

I have nothing to say other than my positive experience since 2020. But recently the shipping charges have been raised 3 folds. I expect Fish crew to secure better deal with DHL, Fedex and Aramex for Fish customers.

This is my first shipment with Fishisfast, nice packaging and I loved it. The only thing I noticed is that, the box size is smaller than photo appear in website before shipping. I am looking forward to ship more and more.

Great service, expensive shipping

Another try to use Fishisfast to import products from the US but this time with smaller articles but it wasn't enough to reduce the shipping cost. I had to pay the equivalent of half the price of the contents of the package in shipping costs. Importing from the United States is just too expensive...
